Exterior and interior BPOs on residential property, with photography and comparable selection documented so the reasoning can be followed by someone who was not there.
Occupancy and condition reporting
Site visits confirming occupancy status and visible condition, with dated photographs and a written note of what was and was not accessible.
REO listing and disposition
Listing, marketing and closing management for bank-owned residential property, including coordination of cash-for-keys, rekeys, trash-outs and repairs through local trades.
Pre-assignment market reads
A written view on likely marketing time and price banding for a specific address before a disposition decision is made.

The principal broker does the work.
Barbara Adams founded AmeriKey in 2008 and reviews every valuation and submission personally. Assignments are not handed to whichever agent is free.

Nashville and Middle Tennessee only. We would rather decline an assignment outside the area we can actually drive than file an opinion built from a screen.

Comparable selection, adjustments and condition notes are written down. If a value is going to be questioned, the file should answer the question.
